First of all I have to ensure you that there is not such a thing as perfect home as far as inspection goes. The real art is know about the flaws before buying it, then either you choose to ask for money from seller to repair or you decide to take property with the flaws the choice is yours. This is completely different from buying it first and inspect it later. Most real estate contracts write buy knowledgeable agents give buyer an option to exit from the contract and get their deposit back if the inspection shows considerable problems with the subject property.
